More than one in three Americans say they’ve decided not to fill a prescription because of the cost, according to YouGov. Even with insurance, prescriptions can be prohibitively expensive, leaving people without the treatments they need. When you participate in our prescription savings program, you’re helping your employees fill their prescriptions.

Frequently asked questions

Q: Are the discount prices guaranteed?

A: The majority of the time, YES, the price listed on your mobile app voucher will match the price you pay at the pharmacy. However, the availability of specific drugs at the local pharmacy level can cause price differences. For example, a pharmacy may fill your prescription with a different, but equivalent drug, manufactured by a different company than what we listed, which may lead to a price difference.

We conduct research to accurately determine the price based on the most popular drug used to fill prescriptions. To confirm the exact price of a prescription, contact your neighborhood pharmacy ahead of time and have a quick conversation. Confirm that your Group #, Member #, BIN and PCN will be accepted.

Q: How can we be sure the discount was applied correctly?

A: Sometimes pharmacists will pre-select a discount card or coupon for you. The pharmacist might even switch you to a different discount program without you knowing. Show your discount voucher EACH TIME to fill or refill your prescription. Check your receipt. Your discount voucher information will be listed on your receipt. Compare the amount you were charged with the discount price shown in your app, along with the BIN, PCN, Group and Member IDs. Everything should match. If it doesn’t, then the pharmacist did not apply it.

Q: How are prescription refills handled?

A: In most cases, you can get your prescription refilled via the app in accordance with state and federal guidelines. In the case you cannot, our prescribing doctor will inform you why and guide you accordingly.

Q: How can my team members ensure they’re getting the best prices on prescriptions?

A: Prescription prices changing constantly and varying amongst pharmacies is the name of the prescription medicine game. That’s where the magic of our app comes in. By using the in-app RX solution, you get a look right at the playbook. The app helps you search your prescription at the locations nearest you for the lowest prices. No more guessing. No more overspending. Just show the pharmacist your voucher on your phone or printed to reap the benefits.

Q: What if we need to move a prescription to a different pharmacy?

A: If you are staying with the same pharmacy chain and simply moving the script from one location to another, you can easily contact the pharmacy and have the medication moved to your location (for example, if you’re moving from one Walgreens to another Walgreens). We can also support you by moving your medication for you as well by clicking the “Support” button in the app.

If you are not staying within the same pharmacy chain, let us know via the “Support” button in the app. We will contact the first pharmacy to cancel your prescription there and then contact the new pharmacy to fill the script (for example, if you’re moving from a CVS to a Walgreens).

Q: The pharmacist said they won’t accept the prescription. What can we do?

A: If you are at a pharmacy that is listed in our app and you are providing the correct voucher, that pharmacy is DIRECTLY CONTRACTED with us. Voucher = Contract, No Contract = No Voucher.

Most likely you are dealing with an uninformed pharmacist, as some pharmacy employees may not know they are contracted with us. If this happens, please show them the Payer Sheet link in the voucher and/or have them contact the pharmacy helpline in the voucher. Then, let us know about your experience via the “Support” button in the app. All experiences and feedback are valuable as they serve as training and educational opportunities.

Q: Will my information be safe?

A: The PDH portal is HIPAA and HITECH compliant. It’s also HITRUST certified, ensuring your data is safe and secure.
