A: Our licensed mental health professionals are trained to aid in depression, stress, eating disorders, addiction, relationship problems, anxiety, grief and more.
Q: Can virtual mental health help with emergency crisis situations?
A: If you are in a crisis situation, please call the Suicide Prevention Lifeline at (800) 273-8255 or dial 988 for help. If a member calls the mental wellness line during a crisis situation, we will stay on the line and transfer the member to the Suicide Prevention Lifeline for further help.
Q: Are prescriptions part of the mental wellness program?
A: Prescriptions are not part of the mental wellness plan at this time. You may do a virtual behavioral health assessment with a medical doctor to determine if a prescription is medically necessary and falls within state regulations for virtual care.
Q: Is it possible to talk to the same mental health professional every time?
A: Yes, you may schedule with the same mental health professional.
Q: Will my information be safe?
A: The PDH portal is HIPAA and HITECH compliant. It’s also HITRUST certified, ensuring your data is safe and secure.
